Illuminated Power and Ready lights indicate when the heating elements are on and when the oil is ready for cooking. The heating elements and electrical controls can be disassembled from the rest of the fryer for easy clean up. Dual 3.0 Liter (6.0 Liter total) cooking tanks keep foods separate and can cook multiple batches at one time, ensuring your meal is hot and ready at the same time. The non-stick 3.0 Liter cooking tanks are removable for easy clean up and are coated steel which provides durability. The steel cooking/strainer baskets come with built-in drain hooks to ensure quick and easy draining before serving and have folding handles which conveniently store inside the baskets when not in use. The magnetic break-away power cords add a level of safety while cooking and store easily inside the cooking/strainer baskets during storage.
