Drying within 1 hour at 75°F (24°C), it covers up to 125 sq.ft./gallon, depending on surface porosity. For optimal results, apply 2 flood coats with a handheld pump sprayer. Clean-up is also easy; simply wash with water and soap once done. Made in the USA, this water-based silane/siloxane sealer provides up to five years of protection and is free from strong odors and VOCs, making it safe for people, pets, and plants.
