Refund and Cancellation

Refunds are not provided once a course enrollment is completed. However, in rare cases of a technical issue or accidental enrollment in the wrong course, a refund request may be considered. It is recommended to review the course details carefully before making a payment, as all enrollments are final. Refund requests based on reasons such as the course being difficult to understand, personal expectations not being met, or a change of mind after enrollment will generally not be eligible for a refund. However, if a learner believes they have enrolled by mistake, a refund request must be submitted within 1 hour of enrollment. Requests received after this period will not be considered. The final decision regarding eligibility for a refund shall remain at the sole discretion of the company.
